Meet Monica

I'm so glad you are here! I’m Monica, a wife and a mom who hit Menopause a decade ago at the age of 40. As a busy mom who thought I was healthy, and had everything under control, I didn’t think (or even know) I needed any support navigating this phase.

Boy, if I could only turn back time!

Fast forward 9 years, a traumatic fall that resulted in a shattered wrist and emergency surgery changed everything, and set me on a journey of transformation and discovery. This past year I took a step back, reflected, and dove deep into understanding the changes women go through during menopause. Now, I’m on a mission to help other women not just survive—but THRIVE—through this phase of life!
